Do you accept returns?
Due to the limited nature of our releases You have 72 hours from receipt of your order to contact us to start a return. all items must be unworn and in new condition with original packaging. buyer pays return shipping.
Feel free to email us for return label which we could deduct from your refund. International orders and headwear are not eligible for returns at this time.

Hows your sizing?
Sizing varies by product. All product pages have size charts and model photos to reference fit.

Why can't i return hats?
For hygiene reasons, all hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Since hats come into direct contact with hair and skin, we cannot guarantee they remain in brand-new condition once tried on.
If you need to cancel a hat order, just email us at shadowcorp.la@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
How do i wash your pieces?
Refer to product page for wash instructions. General guidelines for washing are below.
spot clean or hand wash pieces with special fabric treatments. (rubberized, waxed, or painted fabrics should never be machine washed or dried)
To care for sneakers, wipe it with a soft, dry, natural-colored cloth. If it comes into contact with liquids, wipe immediately and leave to dry in fresh air. Do not machine-wash. Instead, we recommend seeing a leather cleaning specialist.

Do you offer any discounts?
Discounts are available exclusively to our members. If you haven't joined yet, sign up for our SMS list to receive your unique discount code and access to future releases.
If you experience any issues using your code, reach out to us and our team will make sure you are taken care of.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other standard payment options at checkout.
Membership / Ambassadors
To become a member, sign up with your phone number at the bottom of our website. You will receive members only discounts, releases, and offers.
For Ambassador information, please dm or email a short statement about why you would like to apply. We will review all submissions and process your answers shortly, once the program is established.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order Anytime until the order ships. For products on hand, that is usually within 24 hours. After that, we start processing your order and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
How do I know the item will fit me?
In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
A size chart to show product specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, Pant leg width etc.).
Size of the garment worn by the model, alongside their specific measurements.
We are always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fit.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our products are available to ship worldwide. We offer standard shipping and express service. Customer is responsible for all import duties and shipping costs (when applicable).
Standard international shipping usually takes 1-3 weeks, and express international shipping takes around 2-5 days. Please note that those are estimates and actual time may vary based on your specific country.

We are based in Hollywood, CA and New York, NY.
When will i receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Some products may have a longer processing time and this will be clearly stated in the product description.
For certain Products that are still in production, refer to product page for more accurate shipping information.
We are always trying our best to get the products in your hands as soon as possible. However, shipping times and handling details may vary by product. Please refer to each product page for the most accurate delivery timeframe and information.

Can i change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please email shadowcorp.la@gmail.com within 24 hours to update your shipping address. If the product has a longer lead time there may be more flexibility but it will be handled on a case by case basis.
Do you ship to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Each order is carefully quality-checked before it ships. Because each garment is handmade, slight variations from the product photos are natural and a part of the piece's character.
Any major damage or defect will be taken care of - contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order information and photos of the damage.
